In an MSNBC piece posting this morning, Mark Kennedy does his best to minimize the extent to which the approval of the President will impact his race against Amy Klobuchar.

So, we can expect to see him campaigning with the President since it won’t influence the outcome, right?
He’s been such a stalwart supporter of Bush, such a good soldier to Delay, I’m sure Mark will have both of ‘em out the Minnesota to campaign for him…or, maybe better just have Bill Cooper invite Dick Cheney to Wayzata to check out his wife’s $15,000 chandeliers and raise a ton of dough. It’s kind of like when a two year old doesn’t get their way.

With Memorial Day weekend on the horizon and gas prices 3 feet high and rising, Mark Kennedy wants Minnesotans to believe that it’s Senate Democrats and their partisanship to blame. This is Makeover Mark at his best, desperately stabbing his smiling face with Bipartisan Botox. I term it Botox since the injections are painful and temporary, and the effects alarmingly short-lived - eventually leaving the recipient looking uncomfortable, strained, and completely phony.
