I’m no expert, but I couldn’t agree more with this gentleman. Please, read this article and demand that the media stop playing and promoting Cho’s promotional materials.

    I saw that article the other day and it encapsulated exactly what I was feeling. Maybe if there was anything of worth in the video files (i.e. an actual reason for why he did it) there might be an arguement for showing it - instead its just nonsensical ramblings and posturing. The last thing I want to see when I log onto CNN or the like is a mass murderer pointing a gun at the camera.

    Flaunting this all over the place is too much.

    But we ar better able to assess for ourselves, by reading & hearing the original, rather than having everyone tell you what to think about it.

    Ideally - discriminating adults should get the original ONCE - and then if someone wants to explore other sides of it, without the voyeurism… that’s another story.

    The way its presented is the same as a “shoot ‘em up” video game.
