Boys, boys, boys. Lighten up! If y'all keep facing backwards, forward progress is impossible. It's time to purge lackeys of every political persuasion. They are a boil on the butt of humanity.

Sorry Hal, if I mixed you up with another blogger. I thought you were the guy who was originally from the south. In any event, criticism of Olson was pretty universal in the GOP. Steve Swiggum even asked him to resign.

Gotcha.

We never saw any criticism of Mark Olson on the righty blogs either.

If it even matters, I was pretty pissed off to hear Metzgen was driving drunk. I agree, how in the hell did he get to .15 in about 2 hours.

I don't like drunk drivers or wife beaters, regardless of the party and will not protect them.

Not from Minnesota? Where am I from?

P.S. I forgot that you're not from Minnesota originally. Chandler was a DFL State Legislator when he beat the hell out of his then-wife, Kathy in the parking lot of O'Gara's bar and restaurant in St. Paul.

Hal,

I think Olson is a terrible person and he should not be in the legislature. Does that make you happy?

Seriously though, where is the outrage at Metzen on your side? I haven't seen mention of it on the left leaning blogs. Metzen could have killed someone last night. He was absolutely trashed driving at double the legal limit. Not to mention how did the guy get from .00 to .15 in less than two hours? Or was he drinking while he was presiding over the Senate. Now that would be sad.

You can pick on Wardlow all you want. But if you want to play these silly games, the finger is going to get pointed right back at you. Since you brought up Mark Olson, I'd like to remind you of Kevin Chandler. Enough said.

Seriously Chris,

No one here condones Metzen getting a DUI, but if we wanna play this game, I'd like to hear you skewer Rep Olson for allegedly beating his wife...

I found the Seifert instructions funny. Seriously. It's not like Ron Shimanski's first votes in the House where Tom Emmer and others pushed him to vote Red all the time. This cat's been there awhile and Seifert folds him like a $5 bill in his pocket.

Sad...

attilla,

Oh, I don't doubt that. You could take your statement and replace "Wardlow" with about 50% of the names in the house. At least you say Wardlow is nice.
