Eva,

I honestly have a hard time figuring out why you are so worked up about this other than you are a blogger and Aplikowski & Berg are bloggers too. I wish you would put half as much energy into outrage over what people elected to political office and running for political office are saying. First, it's much more offensive and second, those people are actually relevant. Aplikowski is just a volunteer (nobody outside of his area even knows him - you can count on that). I don't know what Berg does in terms of volunteering for the party so I can't comment about him. I think this whole controversy is stupid although at the same time I like the fact that MNPublius can't find anything bad to say about anyone who is actually important in our party and has to get all outraged over someone nobody really knows.

It's not just Andy Aplikowski, it's Mitch Berg. Berg acknowledged helping Andy come up with this racist "joke" (what's funny about it)? Aplikowski's blog doesn't get linked by the state party. Mitch Berg's blog does.

What do other NARN radio hosts/bloggers think about Mitch's actions? I'm talking about folks in NARN like King Banaian, Michael Brodkorb and Captain Ed - all of whom are serious people who don't engage in stuff like this.

"Anyone who would talk to Andy Apilkowski does not belong in professional politics."

This explains why Jeff Feckless spends his time as a paid sock puppet dribbling out moonbat amphigory for George Soros Enterprises.

Say Richard,

I had one of those gas station burritos yesterday. I must say that I did enjoy it and it has given me endless hours of Republican talking points coming out of my butt too!

I especially like the part where he jokingly said Norm Coleman is golden, no problem. That should've been our first clue the guy wasn't serious. Anyway, Andy is a rotten fascist turd who the GOP ought to eject like yesterday's gas station burrito.

"punked?"

Are Andi and his blogger buddies in 7th grade? Do they really look up to Ashton Kutcher and that lame show he had on MTV?

More evidence that bloggers are such maladjusted tools who got their asses kicked growing up.

They really "punked" everyone on this one.

The whole thing is pathetic and we should just continue to ignore them all going forward. Andi and his two bit blog will remain irrelevant.

Eva,

I completely disagree with you. A State Senator is not accountable for a vice chair of some BPOU. In fact, I would say that a State Senator represents the Republican party in his district more than some vice chair/volunteer.

This whole controversy is nothing more than a pissing match between DFL bloggers and GOP bloggers. It's pretty lame actually.

This guy represents the Republican party in his district. This would be a whole different matter if Triple A and Kevin Eckernet didn't hold party office at BPOU level.

Eva,

Why should Chris Gerlach asked about something a volunteer supposedly claims to be a part of? Gerlach didn't appoint the guy deputy chair. This little game of gotchya is pretty ridiculous.

Kevin Eckernet - who is a deputy chair of GOP SD 37 also claims to be part of this. Chris Gerlach, the State Senator in that area should be asked to comment. Remember these bloggers are claiming group authorship of these racist rantings, then claiming they were all in fun, and we should lighten up, they were just "punking the soros bloggers".
