As somebody who skews more libertarian than socialist I have fundamental disagreements with the Green Party. But really I tend not to look at party affiliation first but at the candidate asking for my vote. I worked for a local Democrat running for the Minnesota house the last election and have spent a good deal of time and money supporting Paul this cycle and voted for Hutchinson in the last gubernatorial race. In all instances because I believe they were/are the best person running for the given position regardless of party. Party loyalty is always a negative. A candidates loyalty should first be to the constitution and laws and then their constituents and nothing else.
