Is Anyone Else Watching This?

Wolf Blitzer and CNN are putting on possibly the worst debate I’ve ever watched. There are hecklers interupting answers, they have NO control over the audience and Wolf is making snarky comments left and right.

UPDATE: Wolf Blitzer = Worst Debate Moderator Ever

UPDATE: Blitzer said everyone was going to answer a question on human rights and then skipped Kucinich (and the Congressman was not pleased). I mean, I’m not a Kucinich fan (at all) but, c’mon! Blitzer is AWFUL!

UPDATE: Obama just called out Blitzer. Thank God.

UPDATE: The next Presidental debate will be on CNN (boo!) but moderated by Anderson Cooper and not Wolf Blitzer (yea!)

I agree, this has been one of the most awkward and poorly managed debates, not only from the organizational end but something seems different with all the candidates as well.

Definitely. There was another spot, where they came back from the commercial break, and Dodd was already answering a question that we didn’t get to see asked. And then after the debate, they switched out to Anderson Cooper 360, and two out of four of the people that they had there to discuss the debate weren’t even ready. And the crowd was way out of control.

kucinich is not a serious thinker or candidate..he needs to run as the Communist Party of America candidate he is so far out there that even CNN thinks he is nutty….he is the chief moonbat

The best part was the first 15 minutes. That was a real debate.

    The winner: Hillary Clinton
The Losers: John Edwards and CNN

Obama was not helped last night, I don’t think he was hurt but, he wasn’t helped. He’ll sustain the number two spot for at least another week.

The guys will put up more posts and push this down even further but, wasn’t David Yepsen held up to a quotable standard earlier this week? Check out his assessment of last nights’ debate HERE

    C’mon Zack.
Three more posts and you’ve knocked this down to the next page. We cannot remind people of the debate last night.

What do you want from me? Just because I quoted Yepsen earlier in the week does not mean I am going to excerpt his column every time it appears. I think the story from last night’s debate was the horrible moderation of Wolf Blitzer and CNN. I am clearly not the only person who holds this view.

Even with Wolf ignoring Kucinich, Dennis has thus far shown that he is intelligent, well spoken, very well informed on the issues and quite capable of holding his own in a debate.

Nearly 70% of the Americans polled are in favor of impeaching the president. Kucinich has the guts and the heart to stand up and call for it, even in the watered down corporate circus of a debate that CNN offers. What’s the response to Kucinich simply speaking for the majority? He’s a left wing nut-case who should run for the Communist Party nomination. Does anyone know what country this is? I wish we had an informed enough debate in this country that we could actually have Communist candidates. Maybe then CNN would actually have a real debate. John, you are precisely the reason Americans are considered stupid and imperialistic.
