Since he didn't come in 4th, and the most a national poll has had him at is 4%, he wouldn't have been able to participate in the debate. Or he could've debated Kucinich and Gravel across the street. Even if he hadn't, he wouldn't have been invited to the next debate thanks to the 4th in Iowa/5% rule. I'm still going to write his name in on the primary ballot come February 5th, and will vote for whomever the nominee is come the generals unless it's John Edwards (not a big deal because Illinois traditionally is won handily by the Democrat nominee).
