Apparently the Republican Party is the party of "jackboot inclusion?"

I heard this second hand, so I don't know any more than the rumor:

Censoring Ron Paul?????
They just want to squash anyone they don't like.

Put them boys on the front line.

It won't happen that way at the DFL convention because the establishment in the Democratic party created superdelegates guaranteeing themselves to be seated at every national convention.

Good grief... sorry for the multiple typos. I'm busy (therefore not at the convention today) and hit submit to quickly.

I was there and just for clarification.

The banner was hanging their from the beginning of the convention, NOT after the vote. So this could be consider nothing more than a giant lit piece. Something like three names on that banner were not elected.

I also noted that MDE has a nice photo of the professionally made banner that hung immediately after the vote. Couldn't have been too much question about who would be "elected" if they already had a huge professional banner made.

Additional updates here:

http://theuptake.org/?p=649

Notable - Convention clearly operating outside the rules, majority of Republican Party Establishment slate to Nat'l Convention approved - Ron Paul does not win delegates.

I got to admit that after listening to the Ron Paul gobbledegook, I had a mind to whack one of them myself.

And why the surprise at the GOP stacking the deck... they can't win if they fight fair.
