I was just doing my regular pre-work news read and when I popped over to MinnesotaMonitor.com I was greeted by the altogether new yet eerily familiar Minnesota Independent. Yes, it appears that Minnesota Monitor is now the Minnesota Indpendent (available through both MinnesotaIndependent.com and MNindy.com). The content’s the same, the writer’s are the same, but the site now (finally!) looks as good as its content reads.
Congrats to everyone over at Minnesota Monitor Minnesota Independent, it looks as though Minnesota has a great new e-journal for local political news.

Obama’s Senate record as a member of the Veterans’ Affairs Committee shows that he supports veterans legislatively, while McCain’s record is that he votes for the Republican agenda more than he votes for taking care of the many needs of today’s military veterans.
