Hey! That’s great! So Norm has taken thousands of dollars from Halliburton, and, as chairman of the Senate SubC on Investigations, has FAILED to hold one hearing on Iraq, despite the CBO having shown MILLIONS of American tax dollars gone to hell via Haliburton.

And Norm Coleman should have used his important committee appointment to investigate this problem. But he didn’t and in fact has said he would not. Exactly how many investigations of contractor bribes, stealing and abuses in Iraq has Senator Coleman investigated?

My Lord, Al Franken legally owns stock in a company openly traded on Wall Street… and Republicans are outraged about it? You got nothing else? Come on… the headline “Man Holds Stock in Mutual Fund” just doesn’t have a lot of drama to it. “Republican tells the truth” now that would be newsworthy.

Mr. Pantysniffer please find something important to complain about… you know like no bid contracts or Republican Congressman Duke Cunningham’s taking bribes that resulted in needlessly killing American soldiers.

Bull S**T Michael. You are lying again. Franken owns no Halliburton stock. He has owned several mutual funds on a long term basis that trade in and out of many stocks and for a period of time his fund(s) owned a small proportion of Hallibuton stock. Franken has no control over the companies owned by his funds.

BTW Michael what funds do YOU own, be specific please so we may also take your investments equally out of context.

I noticed a similar post on Al Franken’s blog - like with your post yesterday, Team Franken must be your main source. BTW, if Team Franken is so concerned with Halliburton, Franken should dump the stock he owns in the company.
