A new DSCC ad drops today:
While this ad talks about gas prices, the key here is the last line: “whenever it counted, Norm Coleman was with Bush, not with Minnesota.”
Today, let’s see if Coleman stands up for Minnesotans on this bailout crisis.

Quite odd. I went over to MDE, to see what the other side thought about this whole bail out business. In my eyes supply side economics has finally come home to roost, and ruined our economy because it has taken all of the cash flow out of the hands of consumers who drive the economy.
Anyway, I stopped by MDE to see what the supply siders thought of all this bail out business. Kind of a socialized solution and all. Let the markets work, right? I saw not one single post on MDE about the most popular topic of the day. Not one post. Do you think maybe they realize that supply side greed pigs have finally ruined this country and there is really nothing they can say?
So, Michael, why not a single post about the most gripping topic of possibly the decade?
Good luck, Alec
Oh yeah, McCain’s main finance spokesperson, Fiorna, got paid at least 21 million for being fired from HP, while 20,000 workers got laid off. 21 mill for getting fired. That’s supply side reverse meritocracy at its best.
Then of course, for getting fired, Fiorna is was placed as a key adviser to a person who has a chance to be the most powerful person in the free world. She got fired, and got a great job because of it. Supply side, Republican white, connected affirmative action at its best!
Now, the supply side greed pigs want to give Billions in bonuses to the same CEOs that are sticking us with a hundreds of billions bill.
If you are a homeowner and get caught in a tough time, the supply siders, including McCain, said, “Let the markets work, the Markets are working fine(Cheney), homeowners were greedy and irresponsible(Bohner, McCain et al.) , homeowners just need to take less vacations and work more low wage jobs.
So, now that educated, experienced people have messed up beyond belief, the supply siders want to make sure they protect their bonuses for screwing things up.
When are true blue Americans going to relaize republicans will always protect the top 1% at the expesne of the bottom 99%? The Republicans had no desire to protect middle class Americans caught in a pinch, but they will protect a Billion dollar bonus for an top exec?
Makes one want to puke. No Bail Out!!!!!
Thanks, Alec
republiCons are still trying to figure out the “right” spin on this one.
Last night, Paulsen tried to blame it on Democrats; claiming if “Democrats in D.C. had acted 18 months ago, we wouldn’t be in this mess” (not an exact quote).
It didn’t go over so well - one wonders if perhaps Michael has The Hustler in the woodshed “right” now?
