So Reggie Bush returns a punt for a touchdown, would have broken a second one if not for the fact that he slipped and fell down in the open field and Childress decides to punt to Bush a third time? Such a shock that it turns into another Saints touchdown. This is coaching malpractice.

Hey, I normally give coaches the benefit of the doubt and then some in the crazy fire happy world of the NFL. But Childress really must go. He is the worst offensive mind in the NFL. They are going to win tonight, btw, but he still must go.

Yes. He is absolutely clueless. He runs this offense like he has no confidence in anyone. What was with the 4th and 6 from the New Orleans 39 and he decides to punt. Go for it Childress. I’m also glad they won but Childress needs to go now!

I think we have to remember the source of “Puntergate”
Yes, Kluwe didn’t do his job perfectly according to Brad Childress, but Brad Childress caused the entire debacle by bringing it to the media.
Visante Shaincoe (dropped balls), Tavaris Jackson (ineptness), Naufahu Tahi (fumbles) and Troy Williamson (dropped balls) never received this kind of treatment from Brad Childress and all of them deserved it far more than Kluwe.
Kluwe is a punter. He’s also a target that wasn’t a “Brad Childress Guy” from the get-go. He came with the team. These factors make him an easy guy to blame for Brad Chilress because Kluwe’s performance on the field can’t be tied to Brad Childress’ decision making.
Brad Childress is to blame for the poor performance in New Orleans, not Chris Kluwe. The fact that the Vikings managed “not to lose” (I refuse to call it a ‘win) just prolongs the evitable which is the dismissal of Brad Childress. It’s sickning really.
Actually, it was the mastermind known as Mike Tice that drafted Troy Williamson. But that is irrelevant. The sad thing about it is that I would take Tice back in a heartbeat, I mean at least those teams were KINDA fun to watch. Seriously how do you have AP on your team with our offensive line and still consistently go three and out? I think we may possibly have the most predictable, and boring offense ever assembled. You know you are in trouble when your defense and special teams is more relied upon for scoring than your offense. Brad put this team together, he is ultimately at fault. We will NOT continue winning because of officials giving us breaks.
