i think you might be misunderstanding what i’m saying. al franken is a democrat. and i’m obviously fine with that. when is he associated as being the left wing version of rush limbaugh, michael savage, a “bitter partisan,” i find that incredibly inaccurate.

can you tell me something in the five minutes of his radio show that makes you equate him with savage? when franken does his critique of right wing authors and talkers, he listens to them for hours and hours, reads their books, and then has researchers make sure every critique he gives of their work is accurate.

I did listen to his radio show. 5 minutes was about all I could take. I’ll make a bet with you. If Franken wins the senate seat (an we hope he won’t), we’ll tally up his voting record and see how partisan he is. I’ll bet he votes 100% with the Democrats. By the way, when I refer to “we” above, I’m speaking for the other 42% who didn’t vote for Franken.

yes. i can. cman, are you very familiar with his political work? i would say the overall theme might be anti-partisanship. this is what makes me think you really don’t know his work. you just admitted that you didn’t listen to his radio show after you compared him to michael savage. so i’m pretty sure i know more about what i’m talking about in this case than you do.
