As the City Pages point out, Bachmann’s comments are not only disgusting, they are factually inaccurate. The 1976 swine flu started under the watchful gaze of Gerald Ford.

Her other statements, in the other thread, were not, in my opinion, so ludicrous as to warrant the abuse she was taking by members of this board. I thought it overboard and said so. This statement in this video is entirely different. It showed a certain black helicopterness that I am not a fan of. So, I responded accordingly. Its called “differentiation” and it’s an skill you apparently lack as ANYTHING she says and ANYTHING she does is categorized as “stupid” by you.

I just dont get it. Does she not want to be a Congresswoman? Is she purposefully trying to kill her re-election chances again? Does she not recognize redistricing is coming up and will probably gut her district to get rid of her because she is such a crazy?

I don’t know Nitro or really anything about him other than the comments I read here. He, in turn, would only know me from my comments and it looks to me like he was asking you if you think you know enough about me to suggest that I need counseling or that I engage in stereotyping or spreading hate.
I may or may not need counseling but I would say that an individual who CONSISTENTLY uses CAPITAL LETTERS in a post to MAKE A POINT does so out of a need to provide EMPHASIS in the written word that is equivalent to YELLING in a conversation.

The statement of hers that you characterized as ridiculous when it was presented to you in isolation was less ridiculous than many of her previous comments which you defend in aggregate.
