The above was a little dry, but he was standing next to Harry Reid.
The rally last Wednesday at the capitol was pretty good, other than it appeared that everyone wanted a piece of him.
I would guess we might see more actual access to Franken than we have had to Coleman & the rest.
The soundbites hopefully will be more scintillating & meaningful than the voice Norm assumed.
I hope he does well. My two favorite Democrats were Wellstone and Feingold. Wellstone died without ever surrendering his principals to politics and Feingold lasted a couple terms before he did. We can’t really do anything but taken him at his word that he’ll try to do the best for all Minnesotans.
