Our very own Michele Bachmann tied for first place with Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin (amongst others), proving that Bachmann is too crazy even for congressional Republicans. Now that is impressive.
To be fair, only 11% of the Republicans surveyed picked Bachmann, but to be tied with Beck and Palin is still and achievement.

So you are saying she is to Republicans as Dennis Kucinich is to Democrats. I guess that works.
Compared to Bachmann, Kucinich is a voice of reason (and I would love for Dennis to shut it)
Just to expound: For me, ahead of Kucinich, would be: Lieberman, Mathews, Collin Peterson, John Conyers, Olberman, Maddow, and a slew of others. Kucinich would be nowhere near the top of the list.
Grouping three longtime public servants with media blowhards?
Leiberman, Peterson? I'm sure the caucus leaders wish they would shut up, but I have a feeling their constituents want them to keep doing what they are doing. That is who counts.
I see an interesting theme:
Lojasmo wishes the moderates would shut up.
The GOP wishes the extremists would shut up.
Could there be a sea change brewing?
I would not put too much stock in a poll with 87 respondents.
For what it is worth, I’d trade Bachmann shutting up for losing my left hand. The woman needs to move to a 3rd world nation and become their leader.
BACHMANN cannot be compared to others,
she is a flake unto herself.
Well, maybe Glenn Beck is as nuts as she is.
She should stick around a little longer - its an easy clown to point to.
Of course, it makes Minnesota a laughing stock.
Okay…you got me and I'm embarrassed! I looked at the poll. And laughed myself silly that anyone actually thought they found some serious information in there. It would be like entertainment celebrities taking a poll about their crowd in one of those grocery check-out line magazines.
My favorite finding, though, was: Barney Frank - "Most Creative Democrat Thinker"
"Pot?!? What pot!?!"
"Prostitute ring!?! What prostitute ring!?!"
Quick….some creative thinking to cover up my stupidity…..!
According to Merriam-Webster, one definition of creative is "deceptively arranged so as to conceal or defraud." Perhaps that is what they mean.
Barney Frank is part of the problem in Washington, certainly not part of the solution. And I'm a guy who respects many Democratic Congresspeople.
So, Democrats are being truly "creative" with their version of health care reform…!
You want her to shut up? Then vote her out of office. You want a voice of reason? Then vote Independence Party.
