Wow, it took G. W. almost 3 years before the anti-Bush rhetoric began and another 2 years before the Bush haters really came out to play in the 2008 elections. It only took Obama about 9 months. Looks like it’s going to be a long 3 years for the liberals.
If you want to know who’s behind this, link to an excellent conservative blog at: http://www.shotinthedark.info/wp/?p=8550
Yeah. Conservatives go from 0 to HATE! pretty fast- you’re absolutely right.
“Excellent conservative blog?” Compared to what — Family Circus? Too bad Berg doesn’t spend as much time cleaning up his yard as he does blathering about how the libruls have dealt him a bad hand in the game of life.
That’s like asking if I miss cancer.
Hard to answer that question. “In your dreams, moron” doesn’t seem to be quite enough.
These are the same people that started missing him on Nov. 5, 2008.
I’ve been missing him since about 2002.
Oh snap!
He was the same guy you voted for, minus the obviously bullshit “compassionate”.
Are they putting a billboard like this one in New Orleans?
Because we know it is the President’s job to find everyone jobs in New Orleans.
Because we know it is the President’s job to put competent people in charge of FEMA.
I just love “moderate” spin.
“Wait…. wait…..wait…. Look! Right there! See, he’s not a moderate! Right there!”
Just love how anything that perhaps goes against the liberal grain makes one a righty.
Who was the first person to get potable water to New Orleans residents after Katrina? WalMart. Big, bad, corrupt corporations.
The guy who should have gotten water there appointed an incompetent to the head of FEMA and went to Arizona for McCain’s birthday party.
“Just love how anything that perhaps goes against the liberal grain makes one a righty.”
Would that be “anything”, or a pretty consistent pattern with a few exceptions?
Was this put up by the Democrats to remind people how crappy things were before Obama?
Who is that on the Billboard?
And by “excellent conservative blog” we mean “nonstop sneering hatred of all things socialist until that moment in the darkness of night when it’s MY garage burning down.”

Hell. I miss Clinton.
Miss him? You’ve got to be kidding. You’re kidding, right??
Just kill me now.
Miss him? Yeah, like I miss hemorrhoids…
I felt something sort of like “I miss Bush” while watching clips of Sarah Palin speak (to the tea party convention.) I never expected that one of the new leaders of the GOP would make GWB seem almost brilliant in comparison.
Shouldn’t America have another choice besides George Bush and an economic plan based on big government and higher debt?
Do I miss Bush?
A resounding F**K NO!!!
Not to nitpick, Kathy, but:
It’s “(cheney) NO!!!”
As in: “Hey! Senator!! Go (cheney) yourself!!!”
http://www.mnblue.com/node/949
Gotta love a guy that tells a Senator, in the Senate, to “go (cheney) yourself” on the same day the Senate passes The Defense Of Decency Act, “right”?
Back to topic: The only ones missing The misAdministration Of Boy Blunder And The Plunderers, are the ones that were on The Gravy Train. America just suffered it’s worst 8 years of graft and corruption, and sadly: The Obama Administration refuses to investigate and prosecute. The new statute of limitations is defined by: “change in administrations.”
Well, the bootlickin’ sycophants miss Boy Blunder, too. It’s simply amazing how people will vote against their own economic interests when fed the appropriate amount of bull(chips). Which is why I often say: “Those that forget the lessons of history, tend to vote GOP”
I don’t miss the Dick either!!
He’s been awfully quiet of late. That’s a GOOD thing! Just wish his daughter would keep her trap shut!
Do I miss W? Mmmm, not so much.
Diddidn’t see any comments about the wilderness the libs are now wandering in. Is it just too difficult to talk about, kkkkkkkkk.
gWhy isn’t anyone speculating that it’s really the left that put this thing up. The left thrived when they had Bush to hate. MSNBC even had some viewers back then. Now that Obama is in the cat bird’s seat, he sees that it really isn’t as easy as just saying shut down Gitmo in 12 months or unemployment will not get above 8%. Being the President is hard folks. If the left can just get people to think about Bush again and steam up some of that hate to boost their way to the polls in November, everything would be alright. I think the left has more to gain from brining Bush back to the watercooler than Republicans.
“I think the left has more to gain from brining Bush back to the watercooler than Republicans.”
I’m not interested in brining Bush. Nor would I braise him.
Q: Why did the conservative cross the road?
A: He didn’t! It’s a lie made up by liberals!

What I think makes this billboard is that the photo is him looking goofy. I see it and I *don’t* immediately get what message it’s trying to send. If anything, I would have guessed it was analogous to “Miss This Joker Yet?” or “Miss This Clown Yet?”
It’s a hillarious billboard to anyone even partially sympathetic to George W. Bush’s presidency which is of course what has to bother you so much about it. One year after Hope and Change vindicated the demonization of George Bush and the Republicans, Hope is dead and change is what killed it. It’s not to say that things went to hell in a year. The democrats have controlled both houses of congress (where the regulating and spending happens) for 4 years. But for the past year the dems haven’t had George Bush to blame for anything but the past. The Bush Billboard reminds a lot of people (certainly the millions that voted for him) that the past wasn’t all that bad. It’s an incredibly effective ad and brilliantly subversive. I’m surprised someone on the left hasn’t questioned the legality of it yet.
Bill Maher: “The only person who missed you was the guy who threw his shoe at you.”
Yeeeaaaahhhhh!!!!!!
The o’l freedomlover say’s that if you want to read an interesting article about the presidency of George Bush go to Today’s Politics by Freedomlover.
