The special election in 5b on the Iron Range has been exciting to watch as we come closer and closer to electing a great woman candidate to the open house seat.  However, we have some nastiness coming from the other side - let’s check it out! 

Exhibit A:

See, it’s an iron, which is clever, because she’s a lady.  And her facts needs ironing.  Because she didn’t do it herself.  Because she is a bad candidate.  So someone else better iron out her messy self.  Thanks Republican Party of Minnesota!  We’d all be walking around with wrinkly shirts without your help. Get YOUR women in line, or you’ll have a wrinkly shirt too, suckers.  Or something.

Exhibit B:

Whoo-oooh that is a dude pointing a gun.  Excuse me, what does that mean?  Are you supposed to shoot something?  Is that how we vote now?  Are we shooting to protect our gun rights?  Who might we be aiming that gun at?  After the horrific shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, her staff and innocent bystanders, how can anyone think that this is acceptable rhetoric?  (Really petty side note: that guy named one of his kids Ezekiel. That is just unfair.)
